Mistral is most suitable for kite boarding so you can oblate yourself to the nightlife of Ulcinj without carry a risk to loose a day of riding.<o:p></o:p><br> </span><span style="mso-spacerun:yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><span style="color:white">The wind is very regular, not gusty, and moderate - from 6 to 12 m/sec.<br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; There is a rare event in Montenegro  Jugo. During the Jugo big waves come with totally absent wind.<o:p></o:p><br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The beach consists of dark volcanic sand which is becoming very hot; you can not walk on it without sleepers. The beach is 60 meters large. The sea bottom is sandy, the sea flora and fauna are not active.
